Juventus are one of the clubs interested in signing Lecce midfielder Morten Hjulmand, who is attracting attention from other clubs as well.

Hjulmand has been a man in demand over the last few months and Carlo Laudisa has reported that Lecce sporting director Pantaleo Corvino has made sure that all the offers have been pegged back and the noise around the future of the player has been silenced. But interest in the 23-year-old is growing.

Southampton had come forward in January, offering €14 million with bonuses to sign him immediately but the move was rejected. Atalanta and Roma are also interested in him, with Jose Mourinho and Gian Piero Gasperini said to be admirers of the Dane. Premier League clubs are also looking at him and from the Bundesliga, Eintracht Frankfurt are keeping an eye on his progress.

Juventus’ interest has been mentioned much more prominently, with there being an expectation that Hjulmand’s valuation has risen to €20 million. His personality, above all, impresses those at the Bianconeri and a summer approach is a possibility.
