Following their Scudetto success, Napoli defender Amir Rrahmani has penned a new long term contract with the club. The Kosovan international was a lynchpin of the Partenopei defence this season, helping them on their way to a first Serie A championship since 1989.
Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the 29-year-old centre-back has been rewarded for his efforts and has agreed a new long-term deal, valid until June 2027. The new deal will also include an option for the defender to remain at the club for a further year.
Rrahmani has been with Napoli since 2020, having made the switch from Hellas Verona, and has scored seven goals in three seasons with the Partenopei.
