Lazio want to bolster their midfield in the summer and they are in contact to sign Porto midfielder Mateus Uribe.
Daniele Longo has reported that Lazio are waiting to understand the future of Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Luis Alberto and are already on the lookout for midfielders this summer. They have already come forward for Bologna duo Lewis Ferguson and Jerdy Schouten, with the Dutchman’s candidacy appearing more recently.
Uribe is also a target and contacts for the midfielder have already taken place, with the 32-year-old deal at Porto running out in the summer transfer window.
Not just midfield, Lazio are also in the market for a striker who can be a back-up to Ciro Immobile and a key target is Feyenoord’s Santiago Gimenez. Lazio know that the chase for him will not be easy because he has performed well but they also know that it will not be impossible to sign him.
