Nice predicted XI v Toulouse: Les Aiglons without Khéphren Thuram and Aaron Ramsey

OGC Nice are heavily depleted in midfield as they prepare to host Toulouse. Khéphren Thuram has joined Aaron Ramsey on the sidelines with the former not expected to return before the end of the season.

Didier Digard may therefore have to get inventive. The manager is also without Youssouf Ndayishimiye in the midfield, whilst Nicolas Pépé remains absent with a knee injury. The chances of seeing either before the end of the season are dwindling.

Les Aiglons may therefore decide to field attacker Sofiane Diop in midfield. Alternatively, one of the sparsely used pair of Alexis Beka Beka or Ross Barkley could be deployed. The latter is expected to leave at the end of the season having only signed a one-year contract when he signed back in September.

Nice likely lineup v Toulouse

Kasper Schmeichel – Jordan Lotomba, Dante, Jean-Clair Todibo, Youcef Atal – Alexis Beka Beka, Hicham Boudaoui, Pablo Rosario – Sofiane Diop, Terem Moffi, Gaëtan Laborde.
