La Gazzetta dello Sport report that Juventus operated at a €115 million loss for the financial year 2022-23, following the publishing of Exor’s statements. The Bianconeri have seen their debts spiral in last six years following a number of high-profile acquisitions, swiftly followed by the COVID pandemic which impacted stadium revenue.

La Gazzetta report that Exor, the holding company which manages the Agnelli family empire, published their financial statements this week, from which the newspaper have calculated the balance sheet for the Bianconeri.

Juventus have scaled back their operations drastically over the last 12 months, spending little on the transfer market, opting to remove players like Leonardo Bonucci, whose salary was among the highest at the club.

The reductions have started to make a difference, given that the Old Lady’s losses for the 2021-22 financial year ran at close to €240 million.
