Rumours in England had spoken about a potential swap deal involving Romelu Lukaku and Tammy Abraham and as things stand, the Giallorossi could be interested in a deal like that.
Daniele Longo has reported Lukaku’s time with Chelsea is destined to end next summer and Roma would like to keep the Belgian next season. At the same time, Roma consider Abraham to be an asset that they will consider selling if the right price is met.
Tiago Pinto values Abraham at a fee of €52 million but as things stand, Chelsea see Victor Osimhen as their main goal for the centre forward role. Having said that, they are also looking at other names in Europe and it remains to be seen if Abraham is on their shortlist.
It is certain that Roma want to build a future with Lukaku and they are willing to make some sacrifices in the market to make sure that he stays at the club beyond this season.
